house and grand-dog-sitting, a tournament ...
I am almost back to normal before the next surge.
To get me there, my therapy = I collage in my journal.

So yesterday I started in on my therapy session ...
I just started tearing, glue-sticking and got
happier and happier!
I'd only planned to do one or two, but ...
I have never mastered moderation!
I can't explain how this works for me ...
I just know that it does.
