Starting with a 2004 Buckminster Fuller postage stamp ...

while working on stamp-people series for Discoveries Gallery.

I place "Buck" on the cut mat board, and start to add a body ...

I use junk mail and old magazines ...

and tear away ...

prefering the torn edge to cutting.

Almost done, ready for ... 

a few lines and a frame.
(Buck was cut off a bit by the scanner)
I will probably make other Buck's in the future, but ...
different papers and positions, so ...
they all come out different.
