I should have married Popeye!
Even though he seems to have preferred the slender type ...
she and I do share about the same shoe size.
But I digress, this idea came to me this morning
as I was fixing myself a pound of fresh spinach.
And of course, we all know Popeye loves spinach.
Only I use fresh and cook it. No cans.
Sauteed with a bit of butter, lemon pepper & toasted sesame seeds.
Served with a toasted bagel & a mixture of OJ & Chia drink.
I think we'd be happy campers!
