Day 1544: Looking forward to Destination:Art!

"Play", junk mail collage & ink

Home from four days of perfect fun!
I have over 260 photos to share with you soon.
But for now, I have to get back in gear, back in the saddle etc.
You know, right? It's hard after being in fun mode.
There should be a buffer day, but #1544 is calling.

. . .

I had a request for information on an upcoming class.
So, this coming Sunday, October 23rd -  9:30 - 3:30
I will be teaching a Collage workshop for ...

DESTINATION: ART
Studios and Gallery Imagined and Directed by a Community of Artists

1815 W. 213th Street, #135, Torrance, CA 90501
(310) 742-3192

We will be doing "stamp people" briefly as a warm-up & then
moving on quickly to collage
on various size canvases.

Attendees are asked to bring several old, used canvases
that we will recycle into new exciting works ...
using mixed media collage, graphite & acrylics.

Faces, landscapes, animals, abstarcts ... whatever appeals.

This is a relaxed, fun, no pressure class
with surprising results.
Some supplies are included, but ...
there is a supply list & class registration is through
Suzanne Kusukmae,  <kuuskmae@verizon.net>

If you're free, maybe you'll join us and ...
visit beautiful Old Town Torrance! We'll have fun!

Google map & directions here.

free parking

A smile for Monday ...
