for the first of four Mixed Media Thursday class series.

 

More artists, more fun. All supplies included.

 

Today our Mixed Media focus was in a mini journal.

4 x 6" and 110 pages to play in.

A possibility for cover art using small pre-cut chipboard 

rectangles for collage, design or faces?

Inside the mini-journal, we played with 11 M/M techniques ...

the start of one of the techniques  ...  a M/M face.

I apologize for not photographing artists work, I talked too much.

Their work was terrific & better than what I am showing here.

Next Thursday we will be working on canvas & various substrates 

with a myriad of mixed media supplies & techniques.

Mix Media Marathon

Thursdays, June 15 - 29, 2017 -- 10:00AM to 1:00PM

During this collage and mix media workshop with Jacki 
you will play with a variety of materials and techniques. 
Each week is a new adventure & new fun.
6/8 -  Collage & paint in a mini journal, 
6/15 -play with paint, markers, and more on canvas, 
6/22 - make postcards, postcards & stamp people, 
6/29 - create a magic book with heavyweight watercolor paper.

REGISTRATION: $45 per session, or $160 for the series. 
All materials provided.
